The new owner needs to stay in her lane. If a family DOES NOT reach out to her or the funeral home she doesn’t need to reach out to the families trying to offer funerals for cheaper. My friend lost her son beginning of the month and non stop has balisha been calling and at this point harassing us to try to get us to switch from palmers 🤦🏽♂️BAD BUSINESS . We love the alfords and adrian but the new owner needs to be gone ALREADY

Adrian was very professional and kind and showed compassion to me and my loved ones at this difficult time of loss. I had to go through this process lots of times before and the service given was top tier! I appreciate that they are extremely professional and experienced. Explaining all the steps and help you understand the process and guide you throughout to help you give your loved one the home going they deserve.

Alfords has been very helpful with my family’s entire process. Adrian, as well as the entire staff have kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. Everyone is super kind and very efficient. They treat you like family, and not just a customer. This is the first time I’ve ever had to deal with a situation like this, and all of my questions were answered. No one ever made my family feel like a burden, we were handled with such care, which is greatly appreciated! All of our request were met. They have a lot of options for everything you may need. They were also affordable compared to others in town. If you are looking for a funeral home that will take care of your loved one, I definitely recommend Alfords.

I am so thankful for and grateful to the staff at Alford’s Mortuary. The weight of my father, Elder Mitchell Davis, passing was lightened because he looked like himself and like he was at peace. I am so grateful to have worked with Adrian! He has been very attentive, patient and empathetic through the rough season of losing my grandfather and father weeks apart. He answered every question and made himself available to us when we needed him. It's unreal and I really feel like God knew who we needed in this time.

Once again as a Pastor I must commend the personnel of this fine establishment. The compassionate care that was shown to my church member and his son was second to none. Mr. Adrian Dennis answered all concerns. He just went the extra mile. Bishop Alford as always offered his professional touch and listening ear!
